
Mark D. Van Leeuwen is President and founder of Van Leeuwen Retirement & Investment Services in Richmond, Kentucky. Mark has over 30 years of experience as an accredited financial advisor. Early in his career he managed a branch office for a national brokerage firm where he hired and trained advisors, managed personnel and was responsible for creating its annual budget and business plan.
For several years in the mid-90s Mark called on members of Congress to help shape legislation to benefit individual investors. The outcome of his shared efforts was the ROTH IRA. A graduate of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, Mark has taught classes at Berea College (Kentucky) and Eastern Kentucky University. He is an accomplished speaker and has made presentations in local and nation venues. Mark has been featured in the trade magazines “Registered Rep” and “Financial Advisor.”
Mark and his wife Debbie have three children-- Julia, Sarah and Alex.
